Applicant Requirements

Note: Tenant shall pay an additional deposit of $100 per pet and an additional monthly Pet Fee of $50 per pet. The following dog breeds shall never be approved: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, and German Shepherd.

This serves as a basic application guideline. Applicants are approved based on overall results.
